We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product, the fastest method is to return the item first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
