Gently hand wash with mild soap and cold water. Allow the bands to air dry naturally. Do not bleach, iron, or machine dry.

Place three fingers below the crease on the inside of your wrist. The pressure point is located between the two tendons.
2. Position The White Button
Place the white button directly over the pressure point, facing your skin.
3. Wear On Both Wrists
Wear one wristband on each wrist for balanced pressure and comfort.
